(Tongues – Your Access To Divine Mysteries)

TO THE BIBLE: “For one who speaks in an [unknown] tongue speaks not to men but to God, for no one understands or catches his meaning, because in the [Holy] Spirit he utters secret truths and hidden things [not obvious to the understanding].” (1 Corinthians 14:2 AMPC)
LET’S TALK
I magine that your dad worked in a highly-sensitive government facility and you had the incredible privilege of touring it—alone! Of course, there would be certain “restricted areas” in the building you would need to punch in the right password or code to enter; otherwise, you’ll be denied access.
In the same way, to access certain secrets and mysteries in the realm of the spirit, you need to key in the right codes by speaking in tongues! It’s the coded language of the spirit, reserved only for the initiated—those who are born again; that’s why it makes no sense to the natural mind of the one who isn’t born again. What’s more, when you speak in tongues, you express yourself better to God and reveal to angels how to destroy the works of the enemy (Ephesians 3:10).
This is because they don’t know everything there is to know about God and His glorious Kingdom, so they listen to you to know more. At the same time, when you speak in tongues, satan and his cohorts are confounded, because they can’t decode what you’re saying.
Speaking in tongues also positions you in God’s perfect will for you. You may not know what steps to take regarding your education, finances, relationships and other things that concern you, but as you speak this coded language, light will come to your spirit and you’ll know exactly what to do. So, take advantage of this divine access code by making it a personal habit to speak in tongues every day!

Speak: Dear Father, I thank you for giving me a coded language with which I gain access to the mysteries of the Kingdom. I thank you for, with it, I express myself perfectly to you and make known your wisdom to the angels, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
